Karl Diedrich Bader is an American actor and voice actor, who is probably best known for playing Oswald Lee Harvey on the ABC sitcom The Drew Carey Show. He is also well-known for voicing Hoss Delgado in the Cartoon Network series The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, the titular character in Batman: The Brave and the Bol, Oscar in the 2002 Blue Sky Studios film Ice Age, Tank Evans, the main antagonist of Surf's Up and its 2017 sequel, and Peter Perfect from the 2017 reboot Wacky Races.
He had multiple Disney roles. He voiced Jason Canmore in Gargoyles, Adonis in the Hercules TV series, Warp Darkmatter and Natron in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Stanley Obrowski in The Legend of Tarzan, Guard #2 in Recess: School's Out, played Officer Cheets and voiced Ted Bedderhead in The Country Bears. He also voiced Lars in Kim Possible: So the Drama, Wolfie Lobito and Brick the Lifeguard in Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, the Veteran Cat in Bolt, portrayed Yuri in Space Buddies, voiced Albert Du Bois in three episodes of Phineas and Ferb, Tom Totally the car salesmen in the episode "Act Your Age", as well as Vance Ward in the episode The Best Lazy Day Ever, Halloween Hound in Spooky Buddies, Admiral Crick and Dashiell Scamp in Miles from Tomorrowland, Martin Murphy in Milo Murphy's Law, Dingus Fink in Sheriff Callie's Wild West, Stan, Felony Carl and the Prison Guard in Tangled: The Series, Bluff Dunder in Big Hero 6: The Series[1], and Borthos in Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe.
