Death is the main antagonist of the Inside Out franchise. The unseen overarching antagonist of the first 3 movies, and the main antagonist of Inside Out 4.

- He was deemed the only emotion not to have eyes. This was deconfirmed near the end of the movie as death has orange eyes and a yellow mouth. Making him the third emotion to have his eyes a different color than the rest of his skin and hair. First was Joy and the second was Love. And this means he is the first one that is male.
- He was deemed the final emotion to be formed . However, this is also deconfirmed because he lived under Emotion Headquarters the whole time.
