David Lee Gallagher is an American actor and voice actor who is best known for his television role as Simon Camden in the The WB/The CW family-drama series, 7th Heaven, from 1996 to 2007.
For Disney, he voices Riku in the Kingdom Hearts video game series and Seiji Amasawa in the Disney English dub version of Studio Ghibli's Whisper of the Heart.
