Daveigh Elizabeth Chase (pronounced DUH-vay) is an American actress, voice actress, singer, and model, who is best known for her role as Rhonda Volmer in the HBO drama series Big Love from 2006 to 2011, and as Samara Morgan in the 2002 American horror remake, The Ring, which earned her the 2003 MTV Movie Award for Best Villain.
For Disney, she provided the voice of Lilo Pelekai in the Lilo & Stitch franchise (except Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch in which her friend, Dakota Fanning took her place).
She also voiced Chihiro in the English dub version of Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away and Joyce Summit in Fillmore!.
