Darcy Rose Byrnes is an American child actress and singer-songwriter who is best known for her role as Abby Carlton on the CBS soap opera series The Young and the Restless from 2003 to 2008 and as Penny Scavo on the ABC comedy drama-mystery series Desperate Housewives from 2010 to 2012. She also voiced Ikki on Nickelodeon's The Legend of Korra.
For Disney, she voiced Princess Amber and Princess Penelope in Sofia the First.
