Critter Country is one of the "themed lands" at Tokyo Disneyland.

When Splash Mountain opened at Tokyo Disneyland, Critter Country was specifically created for it, and as a result, the backstory for the attraction has a greater influence over its surroundings then the other Splash Mountains. The only other attraction in this area is Beaver Brothers Explorer Canoes (formerly Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes in Westernland), which is operated by the creators of the burst dam that flooded Splash Mountain. Rackety Raccoon, the moonshiner whose exploding still broke the dam, runs one of the land's restaurants.

Because of the land's small size and the popularity of Splash Mountain, Critter Country is extremely crowded throughout the day.
