Christopher Julius "Chris" Rock is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and screenwriter, known for his distinctive raspy voice. He is best known for his appearances on the late-night variety show, in Saturday Night Live, as well as in comedy films, such as Down to Earth and Head of State. He is also well-known for voicing Marty The Zebra in the Madagascar (Franchise), Rodney the Guinea Pig in the 1998 comedy Dr. Dolittle, and the title character in the 2001 live-action/animated hybrid comedy Osmosis Jones.

For Disney, he appeared in the A.N.T. Farm episode "Animal HusbANTry". He also played Jake Hayes/Kelvin Pope/Michael Turner in the 2002 Touchstone Pictures film, Bad Company.
