Christopher Michael "Chris" Pratt is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian, best known outside of his roles for Disney in Moneyball, as Andy Dwyer on Parks and Recreation, Emmet in the LEGO Movie franchise, and Owen Grady in the Jurassic World films. Pratt also played Brett in Touchstone Pictures' 2013 film Delivery Man.

On February 5, 2013, it was announced that Pratt would portray Star-Lord in the Marvel Studios film Guardians of the Galaxy,[1] which released on August 1, 2014. He reprised his role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in 2017, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame. He also portrayed the character in the park rides Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! at Disney California Adventure, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT. He is expected to reprise his role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. He also portrayed Declan Gael in the Indiana Jones sequel trilogy.

On December 12, 2018, it was announced that Pratt would be voicing Barley Lightfoot in the 2020 Disney/Pixar film, Onward, alongside his Marvel Cinematic Universe co-star Tom Holland.[2]

  • Pratt worked alongside his then-wife, Anna Faris, and two other Marvel stars – Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie – in the 2011 comedy film What's Your Number?; both Pratt and Mackie played Faris' exes, while Evans portrayed her love interest.
  • He worked again with his fellow MCU star Samuel L. Jackson in the 2024 computer-animated film The Garfield Movie. Pratt voiced the titular character, whilst Jackson voiced Vic, Garfield's estranged father.
