Unlike his sister, Shimmer, Chilly is more nervous and cautious. He tends to be very task oriented in making sure things run as smoothly as he intends it to be. When things are out of order, he tends to panic and freeze up as if he doesn't know what to do. Despite this, Chilly is kind-hearted and loyal, and would never let his friends, or Holly, get hurt.
