Charles Kimbrough was an American actor and voice actor, best known for his role as the straight-faced anchorman Jim Dial on Murphy Brown.
For Disney, he provided the voice of Victor the Gargoyle in Disney's 1996 animated feature film, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and reprised his role again in its direct-to-video sequel and in the video game Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. He also voiced Dr. Ficus in the episode "Germ Warfare" in the television sitcom Dinosaurs.
