Summary[]
When a strange talking secret agent dog, Dot, find out about the famous Frankenweenie she asks Victor, Sparky, Elsa and Persephone if they could help here with an assignment to retrieve a very dangerous liquid. Now, armed with spy gear, weapons and cool spy collars, Sparky must face a more greater threat than the Monster Pets. Is he willing enough to do it?
