Brian Keith Bloom is an American actor, voice actor, and screenwriter. He is the older brother of actor and producer Scott Bloom and musician Mike Bloom.
For Disney, Bloom voiced Rumble McSkirmish in Gravity Falls, Captain America in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Hyperion in Avengers Assemble, and Black Guard B in the video game Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
