Robert Michael "Bobby" Moynihan, Jr. is an American actor, comedian, and writer, who is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show, Saturday Night Live for nine seasons, between 2008 and 2017 . He also voiced Hal in the 2015 children's television series Nature Cat and Panda in Cartoon Network's original series We Bare Bears . He also voiced Mel in Universal/Illumination's The Secret Life of Pets .
For Disney , he voiced Chet Alexander in the 2013 Disney /Pixar film, Monsters University , King Crab in the Jake and the Never Land Pirates episode "Cubby's Crabby Crusade ", Forgetter Bobby in the 2015 Disney/Pixar film, Inside Out , Louie in the DuckTales reboot series, Dude in the Disney Channel Original Movies , Descendants 2 and Descendants 3 , and Flix in Star Wars Resistance . He also played Aleksy in the 2013 Touchstone Pictures film, Delivery Man . He will play a Comic Book Store Clerk in Flora & Ulysses .
