Robert Michael "Bobby" Moynihan, Jr. is an American actor, comedian, and writer, who is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show, Saturday Night Live 2008 and 2017 . He also voiced Hal in the 2015 children's television series Nature Cat and Panda in Cartoon Network's original series We Bare Bears . He also voiced Mel in Universal/Illumination's The Secret Life of Pets .
