Wilbert "Bill" Cobbs is an American actor born on june 16, 1934 and died on june 25, 2024 who played the role of Arthur Chaney in Air Bud, Speet in First Kid, Grandfather in the 2011 film The Muppets, and Mr. Stewert in The Search for Santa Paws. He also played the role of the Master Tinker in the 2013 film Oz the Great and Powerful, an unnamed man in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Orvis in The Color of Money.
He is the cousin of Song of the South actor James Baskett.
