It follows [[Laura Welker]] as she and her underwater magical friend [[Raina]] with her human friends to save the Ocean Crystal of Forever.

== Plot ==
The film begins as it begins with a flashback of Queen Aria and her husband's marriage. They produce a bunch of children, including their oldest daughter Luna, their second daughter Ayaka, and their third daughter Raina. However, not long after Aria's youngest daughter Skyler is born, Luna passes away as she sacrifices herself to protect her mother. The queen's daughters escape from Torthe, the evil magician who killed Luna. Meanwhile, a young girl called Laura who was the daughter of the female leader of a campsite, was almost captured and presumably killed by an evil sea angel, was rescued by Raina, who gives her a magic pearl.

Meanwhile, back in the Seaglass World, Aria mourns the loss of not only Luna, but her oldest daughter Ayaka, and her husband the Prince, who have both vanished. Also, not only has Ayaka disappeared, but some of Aria's other daughters where kidnapped and even transformed into animals. Only four of her daughters, Raina, Lacey, Skyler, and Ursula (later to be nicknamed, "Mae") remained. Ursula was brought to the Ursa Major Court to be protected, Lacey served as a castle maid, Skyler grew up also to be a sea maiden, and of course Raina wanted to watch over Laura.
