Barry Knapp Bostwick is an American actor and singer. He is best known for his roles as Brad Majors in the 1975 musical comedy horror The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Mayor Randall Winston on the ABC sitcom Spin City.
For Disney, he voiced Thunderbolt in the 2003 Disney direct-to-DVD film, 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure, Dr. Alcott St. Croix in Tangled: The Series, Grandpa Clyde in the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb, and Clyde Rickenbacker in Disney Channel animated series Milo Murphy's Law. He also played Big Poppa in Teen Beach Movie, Mr. Bradley in Hannah Montana: The Movie, Jeffrey Wyatt in The Parent Trap III and its sequel The Parent Trap IV: Hawaiian Honeymoon, Thomas Otto in the ABC TV show, American Housewife, and voiced the Mayor in the 2018 Disney/Pixar film, Incredibles 2.
