Baggy is a character in Disney•Pixar's 2027 animated feature film Luca 2. He is a 2D character from Otto's Playhouse, Luna's favorite children show. He's Otto's magic fanny pack and Alberto's new friend.

When someone needs Baggy's items for help, they have to call out "Oh, Baggy!", similar to when Mickey Mouse and his friends need Mouseketools from Toodles they call out "Oh, Toodles!".
The coreUnderdogs called for Baggy in unison after only Otto and Alberto called out, just like how the characters in Mickey Mouse Clubhouse sometimes do when calling out for Toodles in many episodes.
Baggy is similar to the Dora the Explorer’s Backpack, who are magical talking bags and one of the title characters’ friends who supply them with anything they need.
