Allen Anderson is a friend of Punky, Cherie Johnson, and Margaux Kramer. He was portrayed by Casey Eillson who also voiced him in It's Punky Brewster.

Allen has been the less smart member of Punky's group of friends his antics would get him and sometimes Punky & the others into trouble. However Allen has shown he is smart when it comes to mechanics as he helped with the elevator for Punky's tree house which is used to help Brandon into the tree house. Allen one day made fun of the school janitor named Linda which made her cry forcing Mike to make him do an assignment on the Special Olympics. He was also present after Cherie was found unconscious inside of Henry's old refrigerator. Henry told him to go call 911 which he does and gets Betty afterwards he was hard on himself for not learning CPR until Henry calms him down. He was also present in the classroom when the Space Shuttle Challenge blew up while watching the launch on tv. One day his parents Andy & Annie were arguing which caused him to go to Punky & Henry's apartment. He mentions about the talk of them getting divorced which happened. Punky finds him living in the treehouse and he tells her about him moving to Kanas with his mother. Then later he says goodbye to Punky & everyone saying he will keep in touch with them.
