Cecil (Formerly known as 87546) is a green (Formerly blue) LNER B17 (Formerly LNER K1) built sometime in 1913. He arrived on Sodor along with Alfred (98462) in 1922 along with Henry. In his younger years, Cecil was a selfish and arrogant engine which caused him and Alfred to be sent away in 1925, however after being sent away, it gave him time to think over his actions and decided to change his ways for the better.
